Sky glass keeps switching off

We have the first sky glass tv but having phoned sky to talk to someone about it switching off for no reason we was advised that the warranty had finished and we were not informed. Our tv has been playing up for about 6 months and everytime we phone they palm us off with another excuse. Getting fed up. How do we go about sorting this out?? 🙁🙁

Sky glass comes with a 2 year warranty. Like every other manufacturer they don't advise you when the warranty is up. It's two years from the day you taken delivery.

However a you have reported having issues while under warranty, try making a complaint based on the fact that sky were aware of your issues before the end of the warranty period.

When you say going off if you provide some more information the community will do it's best to assist.

When watching tv doesn't matter what it is, it will just switch off and the red stand by light comes on.
