Sky glass keeps freezing

Hi upgraded to fibre last month and sky glass 3 weeks ago. . Tried to watch tv for the first time today and it has frozen 5 times. On each occasion I have had to unplug and restart - any ideas if there is an easier way

What is your  broadband  speed, and how  have you  got  the  tv  connected, i have my tv connected  by ethernet cable, and have never had  any problems with  freezing, in fact i have 2 55inch sky glass tvs and puck, a sky live camera,  i have full fibre broadband 900mps full fibre to the property

Hi. I have the full fibre 150.  I have 3 of the sky glass WiFi boxes.   The one in my bedroom and kitchen seem to work fine   However the one in lounge which is connected to modem seems to be causing the problem.

@NigelDW1  On the device with the issue open the netflix app, go to get help, run the connection test, what speded is being reported at this point (your line speed is irrelevant in such cases as wifi may be the factor with poor speeds).

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
