Sky glass keeps disconnecting

Getting sick and tired of my sky glass disconnecting on a daily basis. Constantly rebooting the TV and router, please help.

Go in to settings > startup & standby and ensure "Network Standby Mode" is turned ON and "Overnight power saving" is OFF.
