Re: Sky glass issue
Hi @Martin+luff
First try giving it a reboot
- Go to Settings
- System management
- Resets & updates
- Restart device
If that doesn't do it, turn it off at the wall for a few mins to see if that fixes it.
If it's still no good please reply with your speed
- Open the Netflix app on Sky.
- Go to Get Help in the sidebar.
- Select Check Your Network.
- Note the download speed displayed.

I'm at the e of my tether with it, I've switched it off from the wall a hundred times at least, every time I turn on in the morning it's playing something else from before and I have to reset, it's now gotten so bD that the remote won't turn it on but it will turn it off
It sounds as if your shutting the TV down with an app still open. It's always good practice to close all apps before putting the TV into standby.
