What's your internet connection like? This could be realted to poor connectivity between your Glass and your router or low internet speeds. Glass needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You mY have a better experience using an ethernet cable and turning WiFi off in the glass settings.

 

If your glass has been working without issue and only just started doing this, try unplugging from the mains for 5 minutes and trying again.

 

You can check the speed you glass is getting by opening netflix and scrolling down to get help and selecting connection test.
