Thank you for your reply I tried for an hour but nothing work rang sky they are sending a replacement tv, but I left it unplugged all night tried it this morning working fine now 🤷♀️

Hi @fifik69
Sounds like something's gone wrong with the firmware. You will need to follow all the steps outlined in this article:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-sky-logo
Particularly step 5 the recovery process. You may need to attempt this a couple of times to get it to work. If it doesn't you will need to speak to Sky and get your set replaced under warranty.
