Sky glass gen 2 65

Hello, is it normal for the sky glass gen 2 65inch to be leaning forward on the tv stand? The stand is flat and doesn't move but the tv itself leans forward a little bit where it is noticeable. The men who delivered my tv set it up for me as i live alone and would not be able to move the tv or put it on the stand myself.

Hi @MattyHinchy

No. This would suggest that it hasn't been seated on the prongs correctly. They don't normally set it up unless you pay panther. Did you pay for the install service? If so you will need to speak to panther if not it will be a case of getting someone to help.

Here is the guide for setting up: https://static.skyassets.com/contentstack/assets/blt7f2b03fd02c7fe60/blt9d8bb7bdded21782/6814d48fc4a...

Re: Sky glass gen 2 65

Hi thanks for the reply. When I made my order there was an option for free installation for the tv to be wall mounted or put on the stand and set up etc so I chose the stand
