@hacksaw12 Is the TV itself set to connect over ethernet as the wifi speed of 8.7mbps is extremely low and is the cause of your issues.
Go to settings --> Network --> Network Connection - should show as Ethernet.
Also check advanced settings and turn wifi off.
What speeds do you get on your broadband line? It needs to be a minimum of 25mbps for HD & 35mbps for UHD

Re: Sky glass freezing
@hacksaw12 How did you check wifi? Have you ran a speed test from the netflix app on the Glass TV? What speed are you getting over wifi to the TV itself?
Can you use ethernet instead of wifi?

Re: Sky glass freezing
My sky glass keeps freezing if I pause live TV when I try to watch it it automatically jumps to live TV and I miss half the programme if I try rewinding it then either won't play or the lip sync is off with the picture I've rebooted put it on standby etc but it still keeps happening
