I have had sky glass for exactly a week now. The screen keeps freezing, the sound goes, when pause something and going to play it again it freezes and the picture goes blurry every so often. Can any point me in the right direction. Ie who do I contact and how?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kerrie09 the number one cause of issues like yours is a poor network connection. If you are using wifi you msy need to get a booster or simply move your router. Alternstively if its practical consider using an ethernet cable.

In addition to what @Chrisee suggests - make sure your broadband is fast enough in the first place. What speed are you getting? To check what speed is being received by your Glass TV open the Netflix app, navigate to the Get Help menu and run a network check.
Sky recommend a minimum speed of 30Mbps to run the system with stability.
