Sky glass error

When i turn on my sky glass after a period of time off, it has a blue screen displaying "we are having technical difficulties, got to them keep turning it on and off to bring up sky content etc

I got that message one morning and I pressed the home button and it cleared straight away without having to switch off/on.

Sky Glass 43” stand mount, Wi-fi, 1 puck, ethernet from Bt disc.
Sky Ultimate and whole home, Diamond VIP User
BT Hybrid FTTC, BT Smart Hub 2 + 1 disc

Is that when the puck comes out of Standby, or when it's repowered from the mains plug?  Like most such devices, Stream hardware is not intended to be switched off at the wall.
