Sky glass don't get

I hate sky glass.  I have to turn off at so let at least twice a day.  I have told everyone I know to avoid like the plague.  Absolutely hopeless.  And it isn't my broadband I pay for full fibre

How is the tv connected to  your  Internet  ?

What has Sky advised? If you're connected over wifi, that's most likely the cause even if you have fibre.

I have gigafast broadband  from  sky,  & my sky glass tv  is  connected  with  an ethernet  cable  & I have had  no problems  with  my  tv freezing
