I cancelled my sky package a month ago and set up a new discovery plus account with a new email. The discovery plus app on sky glass keeps linking back to the old email account held by sky so won't allow me to sign up with my new account. I've contacted discovery plus and they've deleted the old account but it's still registering on sky app.

- Now sorted. Problem was signed in on discoveryplus sign in link (typed in browser on phone) with old account. Once signed out could log in with new account. Thanks to Jake at sky ( was third sky agent spoken to but only one who knew what the problem was).
