Re: Sky glass disabled
How do you have it setup? Is it connected to the internet thus only the apps work or have you disconnected it from the internet and plugged in an Ariel cable for the live channels?

Re: Sky glass disabled
Hi @Abel
Without answering the questions, no one here will be able to offer you any advice. Bear in mind this is a forum of other subscribers, you aren't talking to Sky.
As per @MarkGoldsmith question? Is your unit still connected to the internet? Has it been factory reset, is it still linked to a Sky account?

Re: Sky glass disabled
Have you either purchased the set outright, paid off the purchase loan at time of cancellation, or are continuing to make loan repayments?

Re: Sky glass disabled
Did you cancel your sky account as well as the tv subscription?
if you cancel your account the tv will not work as a tv at all.
