Sky Glass deliveries are done by AIT now.
All detailed in link below.
AIT on behalf of Sky no longer do any form of advanced installation of the Sky Glass TV, like the mounting/TV stand, that Panther previously did.
All detailed here;
There is a form to contact AIT in the above article, if you are not happy with their delivery experience.

I have spoken to sky and they said that they didn’t install but when we ordered it it gave the option to pay extra for installation which we paid £45 for.
As detailed in the linked article above.
The £45 premium option is for a delivery in 1-2 days and includes delivering on a Sunday, rather than the standard delivery of 3-5 days mon-fri. It is not for any installation..

I'd say the information on that linked page is unhelpfully ambiguous, because 'setup' could be taken to mean either assembly or activation.
'Standard' delivery of up to 28 days is also pretty poor...
Definitely a downgrade on the service previously offered by Panther.

I'd note that Sky themselves use 'setting up' to mean activation ; )

Also, the TV stand assembly guide linked from the delivery Help page still says that's something done by the couriers.

According to the image in post 1 ... "assembly on the stand" is included🤔

I suspect there's an ambiguity in the word 'installation'. Given @Lou159 paid the additional £45 it certainly appears that stand mounting should have been done, but that's different to the activation process (connection to broadband and then account linking) which has always been DIY for Glass.
I've asked that Sky review the wording of the delivery Help page because it doesn't appear to cover the two different options adequately.

@Lou159 Was assembly onto the stand completed?
