Sky glass delivered with 1 puck, so guess I'll need a second puck to watch sky sports in other room

Had sky glass tv with one puck delivered by courier on Tuesday 5/12, they stayed about 10 minutes, so not a great start!

Set up tv through internet no problem and seems to work well. However I'm guessing that I'll need a further puck in order to watch sky sports etc in another room?

This is so called upgrade from sky Q multi room and supposed to save me a few quid a month.

Also I assume someone will come and remove the old dish at some point as the courier couldn't wait to get away!

Any help would be gratefully received, thank you

@Bigbad1 if you have a Sky Glass and 1 puck, you use the puck to watch Sky Streaming service in another room.

You don't need to connect the Sky Stream puck to the Sky Glass, as they are both the same thing, its just the sky stream puck is built into the Sky Glass.

All you need to do is plug in your Sky Glass and follow the on screen instructions.

In a second room you connect the Sky Stream Puck to another TV via an HDMI cable and then follow the on-screen instructions to set up the puck.

No: in Sky satellite television contracts dish ownership is passed to the householder on installation specifically so that Sky is not responsible for the tens of millions of dishes they've put up since the 1990s.  If you are happy with Glass/Stream (I'd suggest trying it for a while) and wish to have the dish removed you'll need to source a local independent dish contractor or suitably skilled handyperson: remember the job also involves cable removal, unmounting dish arm, bracket and bolts, and potentially 'making good' of brickwork and the cable entry point.

@Bigbad1

If you already have one puck in addition to a Glass television then you are paying for 'Whole Home' and an additional puck has no extra monthly cost: it will however have a supply fee of £39.99

No, it's not. It's a completely different service ideal for people who can't have or don't want a dish.
