Sky glass credit check

If I pay the upfront cost for sky glass and sign the agreement does this mean I have been accepted for sky glass ?

Not necessarily. 

We do other background checks once the credit agreement has been signed. 

If all the checks come back fine, we will continue with the order and you will receive things like emails with your agreement terms and delivery options.

I have received delivery confirmation from panther and email saying confirmation of your sky order as well as an update to apps email , does that mean it's ok ?
