Sky glass - saying please wait for your programme to load this happens at least three times a week and other times screen goes black does anyone know why?- will definitely be going back to virgin when my contract is up.

It's most likely to do with the TV's connection to your broadband.
Sky Glass relies entirely on a fast and stable connection in order to function with any sort of reliability. Check the speed your Glass TV is actually receiving by opening the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.
You need a minumum of 25Mbps for HD streaming and 30Mbps for UHD streaming (according to Sky).
If you are connecting via WiFi then make sure your router is using a WiFi channel that is not subject to interference from other devices or nearby networks. Give the router a reboot by turning it off at the wall for a minute or two then power it back on. This usually prompts a scan of available channels and can often help give a better signal.
