Hi @Nick206

Firstly, welcome to the forum. Hopefully we can help, but keep in mind this is a customer to customer place.

When you say it disconnects, is there a specific message appearing on screen? Just so we're all on the same page.

Could you share your ISP please?

I assume you're connected by WiFi, but please confirm. And is it viable to connect by Ethernet in your home?

@Nick206  In addition to @AndrewF_UK  advice can you also open the netflix app on your Glass TV, go to Get Help, run connection test, what speed is being reported?

Are you con necting over wifi or ethernet?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
