I am contuinally having to switch off at mains to reset, channels won't load but can stream .
its once a week?!

No, usually in the afternoon and when you turn on for first time in the day

Try putting Networked Standby mode to ON in the settings if you haven't already
Also try disabling the overnight power saving as well, which should help with the issues first thing in the morning.

Ok thanks for the advice , not sure what networked standby is and how do you disable the stand by light ?
