Sky glass broken screen

Hi all, 

My child threw a toy at my tv and broke the screen. I only have 400 left to pay on the TV. Does anybody know if I pay this can I get another contract and a fresh TV. I've read that the screens can't be repaired. Any help would be appreciated 😢

You'll have to phone Sky to buy another Sky Glass TV if that's what you really want... you can own more than one Sky Glass TV no need to pay off the first one before getting another🤔

@Carlou8  I'm guessing from your post that your Glass TV was not covered under your household insurance but it is worth checking the policy if you have one.

I had Glass but sold it and purchased a decent Samsung TV and Soundbar which was admittedly a little more expensive than a Glass TV however when coupled with a Stream puck is so much better than Glass.  It's something worth considering.

Also, Sky Glass TVs do not hold a very good resale value and can often be picked up second hand at a fraction of the new price.
