Sky glass box issue!

Hi, I need to make a report. I have recently activated my sky glass account package including sky broadband and their have been loads of issues. First my sky keeps cutting out in my front room and that box is the closest to the broadband router.

 

Secondly the  box keeps switching off, I have restarted the broadband router numerous times and it keep on having the same issues. The WiFi in the house in general is terribly weak. This has been happening for the past three weeks. I need your assistance asap.

You are not talking to Sky. This is a customer helps customer forum. Sky Glass and Stream needs strong WiFi in order to be able to work. If your broadband and phone is with Sky you can dial 150 to speak to customer service and see if then can supply a WiFi extender.
