Re: Sky glass awful
Hi @David434
Usually points to poor broadband connectivity. What speed are you getting on your glass? It needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
You can run a speed test in netflix, by opening the left hand menu, scrolling down to get help? And selecting connection check.
I have a Glass and 4 pucks and don't suffer any such issues.

If you're still within your 31 days cooling off period, you can cancel if you wish.

Re: Sky glass awful
I'm also not impressed.
I think Sky Glass is a total waste of money and REALLY regret signing up for it. The picture quality is only any good as long as you are directly in front of the screen because if you move to either side it tends to washout; the Sony Bravo I had before didn't have this issue.
The other major issue is that audio to my Bose sound system has to be via HDMI 2 eARC because there is no TOSLINK equivalent. In theory eARC is fine but it randomly reverts to the Glass built in speakers (which by the way are not of very good quality) and then 10 seconds later goes back to the Bose.
The pucks in the rest of the house need to be rebooted periodically because the audio visual often get out of sync.
We used to have Virgin as they were the only Fibre provider on the street but once we got fibre to the pole I thought I'd give Sky a chance. BB is great but this rubbish Glass product makes me wish I stuck with Virgin.
Buyer beware

Re: Sky glass awful
I have all the same problems with lip sync issues, freezing, lines down the screen, etc. Unfortunately we took out a contract for 24 months and I can't wait until it finishes and I can get rid of it
