Sky glass and puck issue
wonder if anyone can help, I have a sky glass medium tv 1st gen, recently moved onto sky superfast or gigafast Internet, have the white sky hub, but ever since, the glass tv, about 3 times a day, every day, during a sky programme picture goes blank, then waits for programme to load, then states let's get connected, I restart the TV and it comes back, the puck on the other hand just freezes every 5 minutes and needs rebooting via the plug. Any help would be appreciated I have tried factory reset and all the restarts but to no avail

Re: Sky glass and puck issue
@72steve If your connecting over wifi try using ethernet between the glass TV & hub.
If the TV keeps losing wifi it sounds like weak/poor signl from the max hub, which are not the best for wifi.

Re: Sky glass and puck issue
I would like to try that, but the hub is in the same room as the TV, and nothing else seems to drop from the signal, just the TV! If it helps when it says let's get connected it won't pick up the hub! If it was a computer I'd re install the WiFi driver on the TV.
