Hi,
I haven't received the alternative remote control for the sky glass tv. I have phoned up twice and been told both times it's been passed to the department to be ordered. My current remote stopped working.
Can someone pick this up for me please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MartynW89 Going back a couple of years I had to phone 4 times before one was sent to me. You can now order a replacement remote online at the following link provided you are still within your 2 year warranty.

Did you initially order the replacement remote online or over the phone?
If you follow the troubleshooting on this page you will eventually get to an online order form for in-warranty replacement:

You may be quicker just ordering one from Amazon - it's useful to have a spare as these remotes do tend to expire quite often...

Could you clarify if that's a standard remote as a hardware replacement, or the 'alternative' (non-subscription) handset.

Originally they wanted to send me a subscription remote then a guy said I should have received the non sub remote by now and would be ordered.
