Sky glass TV has no picture.

When i go onto an app on my Sky Glass TV theres no picture just sound. So I go back to the home screen which is fine but after trying to go back on to a HDMI port it goes blank and doesnt come back on at all.

@paulam74  Have you tried turning the TV off at the wall for a couple of minutes then turn back on?

 

Could you also try the steps here?

Yes that's what I have to do but it's a bit annoying that I have to keep doing this.
