Sky glass Gen 2 tv having constant issues trying g to get it to turn on

Have a new Sky Glass Gen 2 TV, all connected up correctly as per instructions and connected strongly to internet. I'm having to switch the tv off at the wall nearly every time I want to switch it on as the remote won't switch it on and neither will the button on the side of the tv. Voice control or motion not working either. Do I need to speak to Sky about this, is it a problem with the TV?  Also can't use voice control on the remote as it won't pair with the tv so have ordered a new one. Have followed all help videos on Sky and you tube and still no luck.

If you continue with the problem then speaking to Sky over the phone would be your best bet. If you're still in your warranty period then they can organise a replacement if they deem it necessary.

Thanks so much. Yes have tried everything other page so think I'll do as you suggested and contact Sky as the tv was only delivered a week or so ago so is brand new.

@Jo471 It's a shame but it does happen. I had to send my first Gen Two Glass back after less than a week due to a panel fault.

 

After speaking with Sky though it might not be necessary if they can give you a different solution to try.
