I have just found out I cannot upgrade my broadband speed so I am on the basic broadband will this be ok for sky glass my speed is 37

You will be able to watch HD content however would struggle with UHD. If you also use the internet at the same time as Glass then the low speed would cause issues also.

Hi @ellymay122
Sky glass requires 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD as @GD1 indicates, it doesnt leave a lot of headroom for you to use your broadband for other things while watching TV.

Thanks everybody I have now decided to cancel sky glass delivery and go back to sky Q .As Sky said I could get Sky broadband fast 61 when they tried to activate it it didn't work ..I got a email from sky saying I could cancel the broadband upgrade.

Your lucky mine is only 16.9..not even fast enough to refresh apps on my phone. What does sky say... absolutely nothing

@Sandyback What speed should you be getting from Sky for your broadband? If it's slower than promised then you may be able to end your contract for broadband with them without penalty. I did. I moved into a new place last August, Sky installed broadband but the speed was nowhere near the speed I should have been getting for my money. By the end of October I had moved to Vodafone who more than doubled my speed for only £5 more a month. I still had over 12 months to go on my contract.
