Sky glass 65 inch ... Watching anything with dark areas is almost impossible... Pixelated?

Watching sky glass 65 inch...black areas of screen are very badly pixelled ...this can't be normal surely. The picture quality is awful due to it. Very hard to watch as it's so noticable. Anyone else with same issue?

@Steve144 The picture quality on a Glass TV is not particularly good anyway but it certainly should not be as you describe.

If you have not already done so try rebooting your Glass TV by unplugging it for a minute and then plugging it in again.  This will often resolve issue.

If this does not help, or if it does but it happens again, I would call Sky to discuss as your Glass may have developed a fault.  You don't say how long you have had it but the warranty is 24 months and if you are unhappy with the service in general you can cancel it within the 31 days cooling off period.
