Sky glad prime app not loading

Sky glass, prime is not opening it's a black screen I have gone to reset and update this makes no difference I have restarted the device and hard powered down but fault remains all other apps work fine, prime is working as ps5 app and sky q app work fine however sly glass just opens a black screen and does not load

there is already a big thread on this. I'd suggest reading the thread to see if the workarounds work, otherwise you just need to wait for Amazon and Sky to work together to get the fix.
