Recently bought 3 Sky stream devices.
Set up the first one, that was logged in automatically and works great. Went to set up the second one, got to the point where you are meant to sign in online and input the code shown on screen. Sky.com/activate.
I log into my account as it tells me to, then throws up an error, 'oops there has been a problem'
I spent an hour on the phone to a very helpful lady who was trying her best in assisting me to resolve the issue, and nothing worked. She thought it may be the device or the broadband, but the devices connect to the broadband easily. It is only when we try the sky website does it not work. This is day 2 of trying to get these things set up.
Any ideas? Can I not call a Sky staff and give them the code for them to activate the puck?

@theo5 I've add that same problem here when phoning sky yesterday to try and sort it might take up to 72 hours to fix the fault and when it's sorted I'll get a text or email or phone to say its sorted nothing can be done it seems still no tv for me at the moment because of this breakdown with tv services
