Sky Tv just has blue screen

My Sky Glass Tv turns on we have sound but just has a blue screen so I can't watch anything on it at all, is less than a year old have tried the pressing 4 & 6 button on my controller nothing

Have you turned it off at the wall for a minute then power back on? This will reboot it.

I have tried this and I have followed everything on the sky help still nothing
