How is the tv connected ? Can you connect it with an ethernet cable, it's more stable than WiFi and what is your broadband speed , for sky glass tv you need at least 35mps speed, my tv is connected with an ethernet cable and I have no freezing, but I am on sky gigafast broadband, if you have Netflix open the app go down to get help click on that go down to check network and click on it, it will tell what speed your tv is getting

Certainly, but it won't if it's not receiving a good enough signal, hence the questions.

There is clear sight between the TV and router. No electrical items between them either. Thanks for the replies 👍
