I had a issue with Sky Store App giving message device limit reached
I had yesterday purchased the free rental of All Wrongs made equal an equaliser retrospective that resulted in me getting the device limit reached
This should not have happened as I only had 3 devices listed and by purchasing the free rental added a new device for some reason.
I then removed the 4 devices listed on my Sky store account
I know by doing this I have to wait until October to add a new device
I signed out of Sky Store App on my Sky Glass and my 2 Sky Stream Pucks
Issue is now when I launch Sky Store App on Sky Glass or Sky Stream Pucks
When I click Sign in I keep getting the following message
There is an issue with the login. Please check your details and try again
Problem is I'm not getting the option to enter my username or password when I click Sign in
It keeps giving the above message and clicking Retry does nothing
I can sign in to my Sky Store Account on a PC and Mobile devices but can't if I try to do this on Sky Glass or Sky Stream Pucks

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.
When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

To fix this issue
Sky Glass and Sky Stream Pucks requires the Sky Store App get a update so customers can enter their username and password to do a sign in
The app issue at the moment is you don't get option to enter your username and password to do a sign in on Sky Glass or Sky Stream
This why you will see the message below
There is an issue with the login. Please check your details and try again
This will be a issue for all sky glass/stream customers If any do a sign out of the app or they not previously signed in
They will get the sign in issue
Note
If you are already are signed in on Sky Store app on Sky Glass/Stream you will not notice any issue unless you do a sign out of the app
Note
I can sign in no problem on Sky Store App on a mobile and Sky Store Desktop App on a PC and Sky Store Website as you get the option to enter your username and password

I used What's App to contact Sky
What's App was quicker method to my surprise to get a reply
They are aware about the Sky Store App sign in issue on Sky Glass and Sky Stream Pucks if customer has signed out of the app and can't sign back in
Sky told me we are currently working on that. We'll try to fix it as soon as possible.

I have Sky Glass since July this year (2023) and I cannot log in to Sky Store. I have tried every single thing. I have spoken to nearly every Sky staff member (who are all very lovely but cannot seem to help). Every time I try, the following message comes up on the screen:
'There is an issue with the login. Please check your details and try again' Clicking Retry does nothing.

Do the following
Go to Playlist
Go to the bottom and select Sky Store Purchases
Log into your Sky account from here and you should see your content
Go back to the Sky Store App and you should be able to see your library

Also unable to access movie I got on sky store on sky puck.
support said turn off-on, refresh apps, wait 24 hours. Sounds like nonsense waiting for 24 hours. This won't rectify itself as has been this way from days.

Found play list and this works- thank you. Not happy with both sky support agents today who were spoofing their way around this
