Sky live has to be plugged into HDMI 1. It will not work plugged into any other HDMI port. Ensure that the HDMI and USB power cable are properly seated.
Unplug your Glass TV for a few minutes from the mains and power back on. Does the camera start up (i.e. red light come on for a few minutes then go out?). If it's still not working, there is a small reset button on the underside of the camera, press and hold this for a few seconds to reset it.
Failing that you will need to speak to Sky customer services and get a replacement under warranty (we are fellow subscribers on the forum).
