It says can't connect and keep asking me to
refresh. I've restarted both my internet and the Sky Glass and still no connection!

We are having the same issue. Says signal is strong when checking settings and also Internet clearly working on other devices

Yes I'm also getting this problem
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M350 hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.

@ILoke Glass & Streams puck all came back on their own accord without any user intevention, if yours hasn't try unplugging and plugging the set back in.
