Im wondering what happens to sky glass when file for bankruptcy ive tried ringing and cant get the appropiate answers

@Dannihey95 The TV is yours the outstanding debt on the credit agreement is added to your list of debts. Therefore nothing happens to the TV unless the official receiver decides to seize your assets to cover their expenses.

 

You need expert advice which agencies like Citizens Advice, Step Change or similar can give you if you are either considering declaring yourself bankrupt or you maybe put into bankruptcy by a creditor. This is a very serious legal step and should only be considered when everything else has failed.
