The issues you're having are typical of poor wifi where your Glass is positioned, even if the broadband to your home is good. The Netflix app has a handy wifi checker which can show how effective your wifi is.

I agree with @Mark39 ..... it's sound like the symptoms of poor internet speed
you need at least 35mbs reaching your glass to be able to watch uhd
as @Mark39 states run the network check on Netflix and it will give you the speed ....
