Sky Glass

Hi lads and lasses Are any of you suffering the same issues as us with Sky Glass? Constantly losing connection with the remote, buffering, picture freezing and issues with sound? Our broadband is good..seems like it's the worst and most expensive telly we've ever owned..

If your Glass isn't connected via ethernet cable, it's reliant on a good speed stable WiFi connection. The issues you're having are typical of poor wifi where your Glass is positioned, even if the broadband to your home is good. The Netflix app has a handy wifi checker which can show how effective your wifi is.

Hi

I agree with @Mark39  ..... it's sound like the symptoms of poor internet speed

you need at least 35mbs reaching your glass to be able to watch uhd

as @Mark39  states run the network check on Netflix and it will give you the speed ....
