Good morning,
For the last few weeks my Sky Glass keeps having issues connecting to my Internet.. It is connected via Ethernet cable and my download speed is 137.40 Mb/s
Any ideas on what the issue could be please?
Phoned Sky and they told me to email them. TV is just over 2 years old

When you say issues connecting to the internet, what issue are you seeing exactly? Is it telling you no WiFi on start up or is it issues watching channels?
So things to try:
1. In network settings ensure WiFi is turned OFF. Glass will try to use WiFi even if ethernet is connected unless WiFi is toggled off.
2. In startup and standby, turn Networked Standby Mode ON and Overnight Power saving OFF.
