Sky Glass tv

Everytime we watch our sky glass it the picture freezes and then starts again this is happening alot very annoying

What is your internet connection speed measured using the Netflix Network check on your Sky Glass TV?

Thats the signs of a poor internet network. It will be caused by one of two things:

 

1) The broadband speed to your property isn't sufficient enough

2) The network connection from the Glass isn't strong and stable enough. If using Wifi try using ethernet, if using ethernet try using Wifi. Wifi connections in particular will be affected by interference which will weaken the WIFI signal and thus affect the performance of the Sky Glass.
