Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Blockersb Try a reboot of your Glass TV to see if that helps. Simply switch off at the plug socket for a couple of minutes before switching it on again. It will take about a minute to reboot.
Hopefully your Wi-Fi has sufficiently speed and stability. You need to determine the speed of your Wi-Fi signal being received at the Glass TV and not that being received at the router. This can be checked with the Netflix App (Get help > Check network). The minimum speed recommended for HD is 25mbps and 30mbps for UHD (add 5mbps to each if you have an additional puck)
If your speed at the TV is borderline try connecting via Ethernet cable. If this is not practical you can use powerline adapters (about £30 at Amazon)
In the event of a broadband outage you can plug an aerial cable into the back of the TV and use the freeview option. HERE is a link to a YouTube video that explains how to do this (not a very god video but at least it gives the basics).

Well it is a streaming service so that should really be expected. If the internet in your area is often sketchy and having issues then either a streaming based platform isn't the right choice or perhaps switching your internet to an ISP that uses different infrastructure is the best option.
