Sky Glass tv keeps disconnecting from the WIFI, mainly when using streaming apps like Netflix etc
My Sky glass keeps disconnecting from the internet. Has been happening since we got it but is getting worse now. If I am watching something on an app like Disney plus or Netflix I will need to reconnect every couple of episodes. It was just Netflix, the started with Prime and now Disney plus.
it's not the internet as my PS5 stays connected for hours with no issue. My husband has the puck in the man cave and never has an issue with connection so it's definitely the TV that is the issue

What is your broadband speed to your hub, a sky glass tv needs a minimum of 30mps to watch hd channels and a minimum of 40mps to watch uhd channels, also the more devices that you have connected to the Internet the weaker the signal is to each one, especially when connected by wifi, the tv is better connected to the Internet by ethernet cable more stable l am on sky gigafast broadband 900mps full fibre to the property

All working with no problems of connections but I am on fiber optic cable not copper phone lines

You can check what speed your tv is getting by going to the Netflix app, go to get help click on that and go to check my network and run that and see what speed the tv is getting

@SHubbard85 It could also be that you're the latest customer to experience the problem being experienced by other customers in this thread:
From what you say, it is does sound to be an internet error but if you are able to connect via ethernet cable between your router and Glass it does provide a more stable connection than WiFi. If you still get disconnected after doing that then it's probably the firmware issue I linked to.
If you do connect via ethernet make sure to turn WiFi off in the Glass settings menu.
