Sky Glass set up picture distorted

Switched on new sky glass tv to try and set up.  Can't see picture just different coloured lines???

Try turning it off at the mains for at least 10 minutes and try again. If that doesn't work you will need to speak to Sky Customer Service (we are fellow subscribers here on the forum).

Thanks for your post.  It looks like the fault is within the tv.  They are going to replace within a couple of days.
