Sky Glass set to wrong region

I'm having trouble with my Sky Glass TV. I moved from Yorkshire to Cornwall a few months ago, but my TV is still set to the Yorkshire Region. I contacted a Sky advisor who assured me that they had updated my address, but the news channels are still showing content from Yorkshire. I even tried doing a factory reset, but it didn't work. If anyone has any solutions, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
