Sky Glass remote not picking up voice command

Hello

Until a couple of weeks or so ago, I occasionally used the remote microphone with no issues.  However it fails to recognise words of programme titles.  It substitutes other words that bear no resemblance to what I said.

Any ideas welcomed to resolve this, or is a new handset indicated?

Speak clearer!

I gave up on voice control quite quickly because it had trouble with my Yorkshire accent!

Í have a Yorkshire accent and until last couple of weeks I had no problems.

I have used the voice command a couple of times since & worked OK.

it seems that no other Sky Glass users have had issues so it may well just have been a one off glitch.

I've had trouble with voice commands for the last week or so (on Sky Stream, not Sky Glass).  I use it quite a lot, but occassionally now it doesn't register anything when I press the button and speak. It doesn't get the wrong words, or have trouble understanding, it just doesn't "hear" anything. The only solution is to restart the box, and then it works fine. Interestingly at the weekend it also did it on my second Sky Stream box (which I rarely use) which suggests there's some kind of bug.
