Sky Glass remote is too difficult for seniors
Can I buy a remote with bigger and simpler buttons. My mum is 87 and the package is great its just she cannot get the circle to work. Why isnt it 4 buttons as it used to be I dont know.

You should be able to purchase and pair a Sky Q remote control from the likes of Argos or Amazon: https://www.argos.co.uk/product/9339071
There have been some reports of older large format remotes working in IR mode but I believe they are hard to get hold of. It it may be worth seeing if the sky accessibility team can help: https://skyaccessibility.sky
