@Notworkingglass As the other posts have indicated you need to provide information of your issues if you want some assistance from the forum. I love my Sky Stream and everything works as I would expect it to. If nothing seems to work correctly for you I suspect it wil be broadband/WiFi related. Don't forget you can cancel within the first 31 days if this timeframe is still relevant to your situation.
