Sky Glass problems persist!!!
Well after complaining many times for the last 2 months regarding tv programmes not loading etc Sky claim they have fixed things...
well despite having a new Glass...still having problems with HORRIBLE loud sound and picture artefact at random whether thats watching an app eg paramount plus, amazon or using a hdmi device.
of course sky say im stuck with it. Yet another call to them coming tomorrow. 2 months of failing hardware and no compensation, a disgrace

Re: Sky Glass problems persist!!!
What is your broadband speed and how is the tv connected to the Internet? An ethernet cable is more stable than WiFi and you can check your broadband speed 2 ways first on the my sky app this will tell you if there are any issues in your area and 2nd open Netflix go to get help click on that and go to check your network and run a test this will tell you what speed your tv is getting

Re: Sky Glass problems persist!!!
@wsimm I did say in the original thread that I thought your loud noise issue was a hardware issue and you needed to get it replaced under the warranty - again. Do not let Sky fob you off and absolutely do press them for compensation for the issue.
If you are not happy with their offer, raise a complaint, then if not happy with their offer ask them to escalate it internally. If still not happy with their offer tell them to send you a deadlock email and then you can take the matter to CISAS. I've just done that in the last 24 hours after I was unimpressed with the offer made to me for the two months of service disruption.

Having the same issues, still. Most recently on 9th July. Sky still telling me it's my broadband. I've also had a replacement tv.
