Sky Glass power up issues

Our Sky Glass TV's red light is pulsing and it won't power up either using the controller or voice. Please help.

Have you tried switching off at the plug for 5 minutes?

As @Mark39 suggests try unplugging it for 5 minutes or so. If this doesn't work, try the steps outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass
