Our Sky Glass TV's red light is pulsing and it won't power up either using the controller or voice. Please help.

As @Mark39 suggests try unplugging it for 5 minutes or so. If this doesn't work, try the steps outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass
