Sky Glass not working for live streaming
I have the same problem but direct to my glass TV and puck - just a message to indicate downloading the channel then nothing.

Re: Sky Go not working for live streaming
Hi @Helly2
You will need to provide some more info. What exactly is the issue with go? And if you are seeing a loading message, have you rebooted in the first instance? Is your Internet working on other devices?

Re: Sky Glass not working for live streaming
I had the same issue and fixed it by doing a full power cycle—turned the TV off at the plug for a minute, then back on. That sorted the live streaming delay.

Re: Sky Glass not working for live streaming
I had weird issues like this before, and it turned out my WiFi was strong in general but patchy near the TV. I got a powerline adapter and that sorted the signal drops. Also, weirdly enough, streaming using a camera from https://store.insta360.com/water-sports worked fine even when live TV didn’t, so it felt like some live services are more sensitive to connection hiccups.
