Yesterday morning our sky glass wasn't connected to the router for some reason. I switched the tv off and once back on reset network and all was ok when turning the tv on and off yesterday.
The same thing happened today.. but it's not connecting to the router now.
Also the last few days the sky pucks have been saying no wifi, but when we click the home button they are connected and work.
Now we had issues in September, we kept resetting pucks, got new WiFi, got new pucks at our expense, then that massive issue happened nationwide and you sent out updates .. and it all worked fine. Is there something brewing again? Is anyone else having these issues?

Have you tried rebooting your router ? Also worth connecting via Ethernet temporarily (and turning off wifi) to see if the issue still persists

Hello, I didn't need to. Just like yesterday I left it until after 8am and it connected successfully to the internet when I selected reset network? Something odd is going on for sure.

Good morning, the WiFi was working perfectly all day yesterday. But get again this morning the sky glass isn’t connected. I wont reset the wifi until after 8am again as it doesn’t seem to work until then. Also YouTube works on the pucks in the bedrooms, it’s just sky glass. It’s a blank black screen and I have to press home to get out of it as back up doesn’t work. I saw there was an issue on Sky community in April with exactly the same problem but you took the message to messenger like this so I couldn’t see the resolution. Please email me as above or call me on the numbers sent on the chat as no one is there to talk immediately when I have a few minutes from running my business. It's just a generic chat and no one was waiting.
